Service Scope
Lens Legacy provides on-location photography services for small events within Leicester and nearby districts, subject to availability, access arrangements, and the agreed brief. Any booking is confirmed only after the event date, venue, duration, priorities, and scope have been reviewed.
The following clauses govern practical use, administration, and enforceable operating conditions.

Operational Clause
Fees and Payment
Fees are based on the agreed coverage package, venue, duration, and delivery scope. A deposit may be required to secure a booking, and accepted payment methods are limited to those confirmed at the time of booking. Any remaining balance must be settled as agreed between the parties.

The client must provide accurate event details, reasonable access to the location, and any permissions needed for photography at the venue. Lens Legacy may rely on the agreed priority list, but does not guarantee exact poses, attendance, weather, or unrestricted access to every area or guest.

All photographs and website content remain the property of Lens Legacy unless a separate written licence states otherwise. The client receives only the usage rights expressly agreed for the delivered images, and no RAW, unedited, or complete camera files are included unless confirmed in writing.

This includes limitations arising from venue restrictions, access issues, technical faults, or circumstances that affect image capture, curation, editing, or delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute should first be raised with Lens Legacy in good faith, and if it cannot be resolved informally, the parties may seek the assistance of the courts having jurisdiction in England and Wales.
